The Oceania stage of K-1, the biggest striking tournament in the world, took place this weekend in Canberra, Australia. The only Brazilian on the card, Ewerton Teixeira had his first fight in 2010 and beat Alex Roberts by technical knockout. In the fight, the Brazilian went straight ahead and in less than two and a half minutes scored three knockdowns, winning in the first round.
In the under-60 kilos GP, Australian Ben Roberts took the title after winning all three fights by knockout. Check out the video of Ewerton Teixeira's victory below.
