If Yair Rodriguez 's departure from Noche UFC was a problem for Jean Silva , it ended up being a perfect fit for José Miguel Delgado, the Brazilian's new opponent. Ranked fifteenth in the featherweight division (up to 65,7 kg), the fighter has the opportunity to catapult himself in the division by facing one of the most popular names today. In this context, he treats the fight as a unique chance for his career.
In an exclusive interview with Paramount+ last Tuesday (1), Delgado said he did not hesitate when he received the offer to replace Rodriguez in the short term. For him, facing Lord is the great turning point in his career.
