Lerryan Douglas suffered a serious injury at UFC Sacramento, but he's already eager to return to the octagon. The Brazilian was defeated by Jamal Emmers after receiving a blow that caused a fracture in his orbital bone. Following successful surgery, the "Pulsador" revealed a prediction of a quick return to the octagon.
In a post on X, Lerryan updated fans on his health status and celebrated the success of the surgical procedure. The Brazilian also stated that he is feeling well and highlighted that he intends to resume his training in six to eight weeks.
“Surgery to repair the orbital bone fracture was completed today. I’m feeling great! 6-8 weeks to be back in camp. Can’t wait! Love you all and thank you for being by my side,” Lerryan wrote.

Finally, Lerryan Douglas promised to return to fighting in an even better version of himself. The Brazilian also reinforced his ambition to win the world title and reach the top of the category.
"And if you like watching me fight, expect an even better version of myself! I'll be back, and one day I'll be world champion!" concluded the Gunman.
