While Maurício Shogun and Glover Teixeira delivered a memorable duel to fans last Saturday (29), another UFC veteran found himself in a much less glamorous situation. Known for getting involved in controversies, Sedriques Dumas was seen in a general brawl during Duel Arena 1, an event held in Florida that featured a fight between Mike Perry and Brandon Jenkis in the main event.
Although there is no clear indication of what motivated the fight, it began during the co-main event of the night, a kickboxing duel between Paul Miller, known as Gypsy Crusader, and Ben Azoulay. Famous personalities in the digital world, the two developed an intense rivalry due to completely antagonistic ideological positions. Miller was declared the winner by split decision, and the brawl started immediately afterward.

Beyond the bizarre situation, one of the videos of the fight also recorded Dumas' participation, who showed Miller the middle finger immediately after the confrontation and knocked down a fan during the brawl. Despite being anonymous, the fighter's antagonist caught the attention of viewers for being dressed as the Joker, a DC Comics villain and enemy of Batman.

Despite never coming close to becoming the Ultimate champion, Dumas became known for his legal troubles outside the octagon. He was arrested more than ten times, mostly for crimes such as robbery, domestic violence, and home invasion. It is not yet known if last weekend's incident will be added to the fighter's extensive criminal record.
