Despite the brutal knockout suffered at UFC Shanghai , Levi Rodrigues Jr. has reasons to smile. The Brazilian, defeated by debutant Liu Ce on the main card of the event, received the US$100 bonus (approximately R$519,5) for Fight of the Night at the event, held this Saturday (29).

Despite having a shorter reach, the Brazilian started the fight well, closing the distance and even startling his opponent with a powerful right hand that made the Chinese fighter stagger. However, still in the first round, Liu Ce began to land good jabs, which hurt Levi and caused the Brazilian to lose his balance several times. Then, the Chinese fighter landed a strong cross and secured the knockout.

Although the event registered the impressive mark of ten fights decided by stoppage, the UFC awarded the star of the night, Song Yadong , and the 'Michael Jackson of MMA', Bilal Hasan, with Performance of the Night bonuses.
Considered a five-to-one underdog, Song Yadong entered the octagon against Umar Nurmagomedov and, after being dominated in the first round, found the perfect strike in the second. The Chinese fighter landed a powerful counter uppercut that brutally knocked out the Russian.

Also winning in the second round, Bilal Hasan overwhelmed Nilson Rojas from the start of the fight and dominated the first round. Then, the Indonesian landed the decisive blow and secured the knockout, celebrating the victory with a moonwalk.
