Josh Hokit had some doubts regarding Tom Aspinall 's statement . After rumors that the champion would leave the UFC, the fighter himself used social media to deny the information and revealed that he is in negotiations with the organization to define his next commitment. The situation, however, sparked the curiosity of the talkative American.
In a post on 'X', Josh Hokit questioned Aspinall about the frequency of his talks with the UFC and who was involved in the negotiations. The American also highlighted that he would be willing to face the champion immediately, dismissing the possibility of a lack of opponents as a reason for the delay.

What does Tom Aspinall's statement say?
“I’m not leaving the UFC. I never said that in any interview, and any statement attributed to other people is simply not true. We are in daily contact with the UFC. They will keep you updated,” the champion wrote on his official Instagram account.
