Jiri Prochazka doesn't yet have a fight scheduled, but he has already begun his preparation to return to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) octagon. Defeated by Carlos Ulberg in the main event of UFC 327, the Czech Samurai is tipped to be Paulo Borrachinha 's next opponent in an important light heavyweight (up to 93 kg) bout. Although he hasn't yet confirmed the fight with the Brazilian, the former champion continues working to fine-tune the smallest details and arrive prepared for his next challenge.
In an Instagram post, Jiri Prochazka stated that he has already begun his third week of training, but reiterated that his next fight is not yet confirmed. The Czech fighter also urged fans to be cautious regarding information circulating online about his future in the UFC.
“Let’s start the third week. Just don’t believe all the nonsense you see on the internet. The fight is not yet confirmed; we are still working on it,” wrote Jiri Prochazka.

The Czech Samurai also highlighted that he intends to undergo complete preparation, working on all aspects of his game and revisiting fundamentals that have been part of his martial arts journey. Prochazka also emphasized that he still sees new levels to be reached and expressed satisfaction at being able to identify them more clearly at this point in his career.
“One thing is certain. I want my preparation to be truly thorough, analyzing everything in minute detail, and starting with the roots that have long been a part of me. There are still levels that can be reached, and now I am very grateful to be able to see them clearly,” concluded the Czech Samurai.
