Gregory Robocop has reason to leave UFC Sacramento with a huge smile on his face. At the event held this Saturday (22), the Brazilian achieved the biggest victory of his career by defeating Anthony Hernandez by unanimous decision, won one of the bonuses and received a substantial salary. The fighters' purses for the event were released by the California State Athletic Commission, one of the few entities that adopts this practice.

According to the body responsible for sanctioning UFC Sacramento, Robocop would have received a total of $340 (approximately R$1,7 million at the current exchange rate). Of that amount, $170 (approximately R$873 at the current exchange rate) was for fighting and another $170 for winning his bout. Therefore, the Brazilian was the highest-paid professional at the event.

Another fighter who received a hefty salary was Reinier de Ridder . The Dutchman reportedly earned $300 (approximately R$1,5 million at the current exchange rate), with $150 for fighting and another $150 for the victory . Vitor Petrino also has nothing to complain about. The Brazilian reportedly pocketed $200 (approximately R$1 million at the current exchange rate) in total, that is, $100 for fighting and another $100 for the victory.

It's important to note that the UFC does not disclose its fighters' salaries. Furthermore, the figures released by the California State Athletic Commission do not include the traditional post-event bonuses for 'Performance of the Night' and 'Fight of the Night,' as well as bonuses for wins by stoppage.
