Cris Cyborg is ready for another chapter in her historic MMA career. The Brazilian faces Ketlen Vieira in the main event of PFL Tampa, next Saturday (22), in a duel valid for the featherweight belt (up to 65,8 kg). Although the fight was announced as her farewell, the champion took the opportunity to remember the fight that never happened against Ronda Rousey.
In an interview with the 'Home of Fight' page, available this Thursday (20), Cyborg recalled the old rivalry with Ronda and criticized the former UFC champion for, according to her, never having shown real interest in a confrontation. The Brazilian also stated that she believes she would be able to defeat the American if the two faced each other today.

“They’ve been asking for this fight for 15 years; it’s something that’s been dragging on for a long time. She doesn’t want it to happen, but that’s okay. She’s back after all this and is going to fight Gina Carano after 17 years of retirement, but honestly, I think she never intended to make this fight happen; she just used me to promote herself back then, she was clever. But I could beat her right now; I’m a better fighter today than I was before,” said Cris Cyborg.
