Paddy Pimblett is already planning his next UFC fight and has made it clear that he's looking for a matchup that can shake up the lightweight division (up to 70,3 kg). The Englishman revealed that he has two names in mind for a possible next fight and took the opportunity to reiterate old provocations. Despite saying he would finish Charles Oliveira after his last victory , the fighter didn't mention the Brazilian again.
In an interview on the podcast 'Green Light with Chris Long', available last Wednesday (19), Pimblett commented on two possible opponents for his next commitment and did not spare criticism of the fighters. Despite recognizing the quality of one of them, the Englishman made it clear that there is a strong rivalry, while also showing little admiration for the other.

“I respect Ilia, but we’ve had a feud for years. I think he’s a jerk, I’d love to fight him and beat him up. I have no respect for Arman Tsarukyan , he’s just a rich kid… Arman would be a good fight, but I simply can’t respect him. He just lives off his father,” said Paddy Pimblett.
The statement reinforces two rivalries that have been stirring up the division for some years. While one involves a long exchange of taunts, the other has gained strength recently and pits Pimblett against an opponent who is also in the race for the top positions in the category.

At 31 years old, Paddy Pimblett is considered one of the top names in the UFC lightweight division. A professional since 2011, the Englishman has a record of 24 wins and four losses, with six wins by knockout and 12 by submission. Among his career highlights are victories over names like Tony Ferguson , Michael Chandler , and Benoit Saint Denis.
