A veteran of MMA in the 90s and 2000s, Chuck Liddell is fighting one of the most important battles of his life outside the octagon. According to TMZ, the former fighter filed an emergency action in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, accusing his ex-wife Heidi of kidnapping their 14-year-old daughter, Guinevere.
According to the fighter, Heidi took the girl and the couple's younger daughter to Orange County in order to seek a court order allowing her to move with the two minors to Newport Beach, California. This action allegedly occurred before the girl's first day of school, during the week he was entitled to be with her, in violation of court orders. In the document, he also states that his ex-wife has no desire to return their daughter. Therefore, Liddell requested sole custody of Guinevere.

In an interview with TMZ, Heidi denied kidnapping the teenager. According to her, Guinevere had begged not to live with the former wrestler anymore. She also stated that Liddell's behavior has been so disruptive that it has made the couple's daughters uncomfortable.
“For the past five years, since our divorce, Chuck has been obsessed with staying in my life and trying to control me. Our children don’t feel safe confronting him right now. My door has always been open for my children to see Chuck, and I never kidnapped anyone,” she concluded.

One of the most popular names in Ultimate history, Liddell became the light heavyweight champion (up to 93 kg) in 2005 when he knocked out Randy Couture in the first round. He also had an intense rivalry with Tito Ortiz , in addition to memorable fights against Wanderlei Silva and Vitor Belfort.
