Vicente Luque even knocked out some of Tresean Gore 's teeth , but ended up dominated and defeated at UFC 330 , held last Saturday (15). After debuting with a victory in the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg), the Brazilian faced the American and, after almost finishing the fight with a choke, ended up being defeated by unanimous decision of the judges.

With this result, Vicente Luque suffered his 13th career defeat and is currently on a run of only one win in his last four appearances. Tresean Gore , on the other hand, now has a record of seven wins and four losses, with eight of his ten fights taking place in the UFC octagon.

Vicente Luque started the fight more reactively, relying on low kicks and quick boxing combinations while circling the octagon and defending against Gore's attacks. The American landed a strong jab on the Brazilian, who responded with a variety of crosses and hooks to the body.
In a moment of carelessness by Luque, Gore landed a cross behind the ear that made the Brazilian stagger, followed by a sequence that almost sent him to the ground. In the final seconds, Vicente retaliated with a strong straight right over the jab, but didn't have time to follow up the attack.
The second round began with Tresean Gore more confident and relying on high kicks, until a strong sequence from the Brazilian made him retreat. Startled, the American tried to go for a takedown, but ended up falling into a choke that almost made him tap out.
After nearly securing a submission, Vicente ended up on the bottom and received heavy blows to the side of his head, which left him stunned. Gore continued advancing, landed good strikes, achieved half-guard, and began delivering powerful elbows to the Brazilian's face, before even threatening with a katagatame, which Luque defended.
In the third round, the Brazilian was already showing signs of fatigue, while Gore remained confident, landing the best strikes and avoiding Luque's heavy hands, who was trying to close the distance. In the final seconds, Vicente even attempted a flying knee before the bell rang.
After the fight, Tresean Gore was declared the winner by unanimous decision. In an interview with Joe Rogan, the American revealed that he lost some teeth during the fight.

Donte Johnson knocks out Eric McConico with a powerful left hook.
In a duel between fighters looking to establish themselves in the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg), Donte Johnson gave Eric McConico no chance . The American, who participated in the Contender Series as a heavyweight (up to 120,2 kg), landed a powerful left hook that knocked out his opponent shortly after one minute of the fight.
With the victory, Donte Johnson reached his ninth career win and maintained his undefeated record. McConico, on the other hand, has four wins in his record and had his winning streak in the organization interrupted.
