Ian Machado Garry is ready to fight the biggest fight of his career at UFC 330 , but last Thursday (13), he turned against a different professional than Islam Makhachev , the welterweight champion (up to 77,1 kg). At the press conference to promote the event, held in Philadelphia (USA), the always vocal Irishman did not like the attitude of a journalist at all.

Despite the constant boos he received, Garry remained calm, reinforcing his ties with Brazil , but he didn't forgive Oscar Willis of 'The Mac Life'. Visibly irritated, the welterweight title challenger disapproved of the journalist's questions, which, in his opinion, were 'poisonous'. Not satisfied, 'The Future' demanded professionalism and seriousness from the reporter.

“Many fans say that Ian is annoying. Do you (Makhachev) find Ian annoying?”

“That’s a tricky question. What you’re doing now is just trying to create confusion. Don’t do that. We’re friends. I thought we got along well. Don’t do that. That’s putting words in his mouth, and you know it,” he said.

“If he thinks that, he can be honest and say it. But his job as a journalist is to be professional and stay true to the sport. This is the biggest fight of the year. I think there are more important things to talk about,” he concluded.
