Valter Walker is open to a duel against Jamahal Hill in the UFC octagon. After giving the green light to face the former light heavyweight champion (up to 93 kg), the 'foot hunter' went further and resorted to his traditional provocations to hook a fight against 'Sweet Dreams'.

In a post on 'X', Valter Walker mocked Jamahal Hill 's physique by comparing him to the cartoon character 'Peppa Pig'. Furthermore, the Brazilian welcomed the former champion to the heavyweight division.

Walter Walker made history at UFC Abu Dhabi.

Although he made it clear that he doesn't want to accelerate his climb in the heavyweight division, Valter Walker has definitively cemented his name in the category by reaching a record of 16 wins and only one loss in his professional MMA career.

At 28 years old, the 'foot hunter' reached eighth place in the heavyweight rankings, boosted by his last performance when he needed only 1 minute and 32 seconds to finish American Thomas Petersen in the first round of UFC Abu Dhabi.

With the victory, the Brazilian achieved his fifth consecutive submission win in the octagon, all applied to his opponents' legs and resolved in the first round, equaling the historic record that belonged exclusively to the legend Demian Maia.

Signed by the UFC after standing out in the Contender Series, Jamahal Hill began his journey in the organization with a great impact. The American accumulated five wins, four by knockout, and only one loss in his first fights. His performance led him to a title fight against Glover Teixeira , in which he defeated the Brazilian by unanimous decision and won the light heavyweight title (up to 93kg).

However, months after winning the title, Hill had to relinquish the belt after suffering an Achilles tendon injury. Upon his return at UFC 300 , he attempted to regain the title but was brutally knocked out by Alex Poatan . Since then, his losing streak has intensified: Hill returned to the octagon on two more occasions, being knocked out by Jiri Prochazka and dominated by Khalil Rountree , accumulating three consecutive defeats.
