Dana White humiliates prospect and signs four contracts in the first episode of Contender Series season 10.

The UFC president disagreed with one of the judges' decisions and made clear his dissatisfaction with the performance of one of the night's winners.

Dana White was quite pleased with the first episode of the tenth season of the Contender Series, held last Tuesday (11). Despite this, the UFC president did not spare criticism of one of the prospects who emerged victorious from the event. Of the five winners that night, four secured a contract with the organization after their performances, but one of them did not convince the executive and ended up being harshly criticized.

Dana White questioned Abe Alsaghir's victory over Fabrizio Escarrega and made it clear that he disagreed with the judges' decision. According to the UFC president, the prospect did not deliver the expected performance during the fight and failed to demonstrate, especially in the third round, that he deserved to win.

“I didn’t agree with the judges. I don’t think you won that fight. I think the judges were absolutely wrong in that decision. And I just didn’t see anything I was looking for, and I was hoping someone would show me in the third round who the guy was going to be, and that just never happened,” said Dana White.

Joe Kropschot defeated Jon Kunneman by unanimous decision.

In the first fight of the night, valid for the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg), Joe Kropschot used his greater reach and front kicks to contain Jon Kunneman's momentum. In the final seconds of the fight, Kropschot almost finished his rival with an armbar and, at the end of the three rounds, won by unanimous decision.

Thomas Pugliarulo defeated Ananias Mulumba by technical knockout.

In the second fight of the night, Thomas Pugliarulo and Ananias Mulumba delivered a lively and action-packed confrontation. The outcome, however, only came in the third round, when the American managed to take his opponent's back and finished the fight with a sequence of ground and pound strikes.

Bilal Hasan defeated Mridul Saikia by knockout

Bilal Hasan needed only 45 seconds to crush Mridul Saikia's hopes. The prospect capitalized on a low kick from his opponent to connect with a powerful right hand, sending the Indian to the canvas and ending the fight by knockout.

After the victory, Hasan staged an unusual celebration by reproducing some dance moves inspired by Michael Jackson.

Anthony Witt defeated Matt Adams by knockout.

Another fighter who needed little time to secure a UFC contract was Anthony Witt. In the main event of the episode, the heavyweight (up to 120,2 kg) took just over 30 seconds to knock out Matt Adams with a ground and pound sequence.
