MMA legend Charles do Bronx suffered a hard blow outside the octagon. Training partner of former UFC lightweight champion Allan Nascimento, Puro Osso, passed away on Monday morning (3), in São Paulo, at the age of 34. As could not be otherwise, the athlete, as well as the fans, showed himself in shock at the tragic news, but still found strength to pay tribute to his friend.
On his official Instagram account, Charles posted a series of Stories in which he openly expressed his grief over Puro Osso's passing. While mourning the death, the veteran also paid a moving tribute to his friend, reinforcing the strong bond between them.

According to the UFC itself, Allan apparently suffered a heart attack while sleeping and was found unresponsive. Dealing with the sadness, Do Bronx, who shared many joyful moments with Puro Osso over the years, assured that he will live forever in his heart.
"Today, I lost a brother that fighting gave me . Thank you for always being there, for sharing the mat, the corner, for the words . I only have gratitude for having you by my side, brother . In training, in the corner, and in our banter. I love you, kid . You were awesome . Damn, kid! My brother, I can't even believe it. You will be greatly missed . Damn, brother. You were awesome. I can't even believe it. I love you, kid, " he wrote.
"Today, I'll just say one thing: live your lives. Make the most of them, because they pass by very quickly. Don't worry about other people's lives, focus on your own, because we live in a world full of envious and malicious people. Honestly, you no longer know what's right and wrong. Today, I lost a brother, a man beyond words . How this hurts . I love you forever . You will never be forgotten . CB until after the end, brother, " he concluded.

Pure Bone Fighters in MMA
Allan Nascimento, known as Puro Osso in MMA, was one of the standout fighters at the Chute Boxe Diego Lima academy and a friend of Charles Oliveira . The Brazilian began his career in the sport in 2011 and debuted in the UFC in 2021. He competed in the flyweight division.
In this fighting style, Puro Osso built a record of 22 wins, 17 by stoppage (15 by submission and two by knockout), and seven losses. His main victories were over Cody Durden , Jafel Filho , and Jake Hadley.
