It is worth remembering that, last Thursday (30), Most Valuable Promotions, the youtuber's company, merged with PFL. Therefore, Jake was present at the company's last event and had a brief interaction with Usman.

When questioned by journalists about his thoughts on the American, Khabib's cousin made a joke and gave a bold answer that certainly won't please him. Usman simply ignored Jake's boxing victories and his punching skills.

“ As a promoter, he talks too much , of course, but as a fighter, he’s not a fighter . What are you talking about? He’s a guy who came from YouTube. He has a lot of money, but a fighter lives differently . If you want to see fighters, come to my gym. No. I’m not going to fight him. Only in MMA, not boxing,” said the athlete.

Usman's fighters in MMA

Usman Nurmagomedov , 28, is Khabib Nurmagomedov 's cousin, Umar Nurmagomedov 's younger brother , and a friend of Islam Makhachev . The Russian began his MMA career in 2017, is a former Bellator lightweight champion, and the current PFL champion.

In this discipline, the athlete built a perfect record consisting of 22 wins and one 'no contest' (fight with no result). His main victories were over Alexandr Shabliy, Archie Colgan, Ben Henderson , Patricky Pitbull , and Paul Hughes (twice).
