The manager of big names in MMA, Ali Abdelaziz, took advantage of Usman Nurmagomedov's current success to launch a provocation aimed at former UFC lightweight champion (up to 70,3kg), Ilia Topuria . Known for representing athletes such as Islam Makhachev , Khabib Nurmagomedov , and Usman himself, the agent once again bet against the Georgian and stated that the Russian would be able to defeat him decisively.
The statement was published by Ali on his X account (formerly Twitter), and was made after Usman ended his contract with the PFL in a dominant manner. Last Friday (30), Khabib's cousin maintained his undefeated record in MMA by knocking out Archie Colgan in the first round, a result that also marked the end of his contract with the organization.

"I had already told everyone that Justin Gaethje would beat Ilia Topuria . And I repeat today: Usman Nurmagomedov will knock out Ilia Topuria in up to four rounds," wrote Ali Abdelaziz.
The Russian fighter has ended his contract with the PFL and will still negotiate his future, while Topuria remains among the top names in the UFC. This statement increases expectations for a possible encounter between two of the most talented fighters today, especially if Usman signs with the organization led by Dana White.

At 28 years old, Usman is considered one of the top names outside of the UFC. Undefeated in his professional career, the fighter has 22 wins, nine by knockout and seven by submission. The Russian recently had a rivalry with Irishman Paul Hughes , defeating him on two occasions.
