More drama! Borrachinha picks a fight with Toquinho and goes after Fabrício Werdum: 'Coward'

In April, in Miami (USA), Paulo Borrachinha achieved one of the most important victories of his career. Moving from middleweight to light heavyweight, the Brazilian surprised everyone by knocking out the feared Azamat Murzakanov in the third round. Now, the athlete dreams of competing for the category's belt, but while waiting for the UFC to decide his future, he decided to get involved in a controversy involving two MMA veterans.

Recently, Fabricio Werdum didn't believe in the innocence of Rousimar Palhares, "Toquinho," after the latter explained that he doesn't release the submission out of malice, but rather because he doesn't feel the tap to tap out from his opponents. Following this, the Minas Gerais native, irritated, disapproved of the Rio Grande do Sul native's criticism and, feeling disrespected as a man and a fighter, raised his voice and again challenged him to a grappling match.

Without wasting any time, Werdum once again criticized Toquinho's conduct in the fight and ruled out facing him, precisely because of his controversial reputation, since, over the years, he has injured and harmed several fighters. Upon learning of 'Vai Cavalo's' refusal and justification, Borrachinha stated that he 'trembled' and provoked him, using a rather unfriendly term.

" He farted softly 💨 hahaha 👏 Good one, Toquinho. Catch the coward! ", wrote the UFC star in Toquinho's Instagram post.

He began his MMA career in 2012, debuted for the organization in 2017, and fought for the middleweight title (up to 83,9 kg) in 2020. In sports, the bad boy built a record of 16 wins and four losses. His main victories were over Azamat Murzakanov , Johny Hendricks , Luke Rockhold , and Yoel Romero.
