UFC Belgrade represents the first visit of the world's largest MMA organization to Serbia and also the beginning of Michael Oliveira 's journey there, finally. Without competing since October, the Brazilian is 'hungry for a fight' to debut in the octagon this Saturday (1st) . And the hype around the athlete is so great that he already has the tough Oban Elliott , a good level opponent, in a duel valid for the welterweight division (up to 77,1 kg).
PQD's first UFC fight is highly anticipated because he is one of the most prominent fighters outside the octagon. Besides being discovered on the Contender Series program and shining in LFA, a company that reveals numerous talents for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, the 28-year-old Brazilian possesses an exciting fighting style and is undefeated in MMA. The athlete impresses with his high level of striking, power, and physical appearance. It's worth noting that Michael has nine career wins, eight by knockout and six in the first round.

It's true that every UFC debut is complicated and deserves special care, and PQD's is no different. To justify the hype, the Brazilian can't underestimate Elliott. The Welshman is already experienced in the UFC and his strong point is striking, but he's currently on a downward spiral with two consecutive losses. For the fight, the expectation is that the Rio native will capitalize on his physical advantage and, with his power, secure the knockout, especially since his opponent lacks confidence and has a questionable chin.
