One of the most famous names in MMA, and coming off a big win against Benoit Saint-Denis in the co-main event of UFC 329 , Paddy Pimblett doesn't hide his feelings for his rivals. Despite his feud with Ilia Topuria , "The Evil One" revealed during a chat with Tom Aspinall that there's another Ultimate fighter who generates even more hatred in him right now: Arman Tsarukyan . The Briton spoke about the subject in a video recently published by the heavyweight champion (up to 120,2 kg) on YouTube.
Pimblett raised questions about the incident at UFC 311 , when Tsarukyan withdrew from the main event against Islam Makhachev just hours before the weigh-in after complaining of a back injury. According to the Englishman, such incidents demonstrate a pattern of behavior on the part of the Armenian fighter, the son of a wealthy construction businessman.

“He’s just another one of those guys who think that, just because his family has money, everything falls into his lap on a silver platter. He gave up that fight against Islam claiming back pain, when in reality, he simply couldn’t make weight. Then he received an offer to fight (Mateusz) Gamrot and refused, and then accepted the more favorable fight against Dan Hooker , who doesn’t know how to fight on the ground even if ordered to,” he stated.

Citing Tsarukyan's last victory against Dan Hooker , he made it clear that he wasn't impressed by the Armenian's grappling skills. Recalling moments when his opponent found himself in danger, he concluded that he could beat him if faced with similar situations.
“He (Hooker) doesn’t know jiu-jitsu, he’s terrible at jiu-jitsu, and he almost submitted Arman with a guillotine choke. That just shows how bad his grappling is to me. He had an arm around him. I was watching and thinking, ‘Wow, if I put you in a guillotine choke, you’re going to pass out.’ I just don’t like him, I’ve always thought he was a piece of shit. I think I hate him more than Ilia (Topuria) now, man.”
