The popular Darren Till and Yoel Romero , who rose to prominence in the UFC, have agreed to a grand clash at Bare Knuckle FC, the largest bare-knuckle boxing organization, on September 26th in Manchester, England. The company itself announced the fight.

In fact, the Till vs. Romero fight, which could have happened in the UFC, is already one of the most important in BKFC history. The highly anticipated clash between the veterans will be in the light heavyweight division.

Till, 33, is undefeated after leaving the UFC. The Englishman has fought four times, three in traditional boxing and one in bare-knuckle boxing. In his most recent appearance in the ring, in May, he knocked out Aaron Chalmers in the second round. Romero, 49, has been competing in wrestling, boxing, and bare-knuckle MMA. In his last fight, in May, the Cuban knocked out Alex Nicholson in just over a minute.

Yoel Romero , 49, is a legend in combat sports. In his golden years in wrestling, the Cuban won the silver medal at the Sydney Olympics (AUS) in 2000, and several other prestigious titles. In MMA, 'Soldier of God' also stood out in the UFC, even competing for the interim and undisputed middleweight (up to 83,9 kg) titles.
