He surpassed names like Sergei Spivac and Curtis Blaydes , now occupying the eighth position.
This rise suggests that the profile of his opponents may be about to change completely. Since becoming popular, Walker has always made it clear that he wasn't interested in an early title run, prioritizing his development in the gym. However, it's very likely that this reality will change in the coming rounds.

Previously knocked out, Uzbek Ramazan Temirov reached seventh position, thanks to his brutal knockout victory against Steve Erceg on the main card last Saturday (25). At only 29 years old, the fighter had no difficulty extinguishing the lights of the former title challenger.

Despite being defeated in his debut at the event by Łukasz Brzeski, a fight that ended his undefeated streak as a professional, Valter managed to recover and begin an impressive winning streak after this setback. He has five consecutive victories, all by first-round submission with leg locks.
Furthermore, the victory at UFC Abu Dhabi also earned Johnny Walker 's younger brother the Performance of the Night bonus of US$100 (over R$500 at the current exchange rate).
