In the final stretch of the first round, Temirov found the decisive moment. The Uzbek landed a heavy punch that knocked Erceg down and, immediately afterwards, delivered a second knockdown. Despite resisting the initial attacks, the former title challenger against Alexandre Pantoja couldn't recover. Temirov maintained the pressure, connected with the final blow, and achieved an impressive knockout in the first round.
