Valter Walker believes that a potential duel against Josh Hokit would be a huge event in the UFC. Riding a four-fight winning streak with heel hook submissions in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, the Brazilian believes that the rivalry built between the two, marked by constant taunts, could elevate the fight to one of the main events on the card.
In an interview with MMA Fighting, Walker highlighted that the potential of the fight goes beyond the sporting aspect. In the fighter's view, the tense atmosphere and 'trash talk' would make the fight a co-main event or even the main attraction of an event.
“I think if the two of us (Hokit and I) fight, it has enormous potential. We're talking about a co-main event or even a main event, because of all the trash talk we would get,” said Valter Walker.

The Brazilian also emphasized that the rivalry could extend beyond the octagon. According to Valter, the level of animosity between the two would even require increased security during fight week, in addition to contributing to a highly appealing spectacle for the public.
“We would probably need security following us. I truly believe we have the potential to put on a great show for the fans,” concluded the 'foot hunter'.
