Bruce Buffer, the main voice of UFC, was one of FIFA's special guests for the first semi-final of the 2026 World Cup. On Tuesday (14), the legendary announcer entered the field before the duel between Spain and France to officially announce the duel between Spain and France, bringing to football the style that made him one of the most iconic figures in combat sports. The World Cup, which began in June, is being held for the first time in three countries: Canada, the United States and Mexico.
Known worldwide for his signature catchphrase "It's time!", Buffer led the presentation of the players in front of a packed stadium, drawing applause from the fans present. His participation was part of FIFA's initiatives to increase entertainment before the decisive matches of the sport's most important championship.
