Dana White also revealed that there was a real discussion involving a possible fight between the two billionaires, something that, according to him, was intensely negotiated for about two weeks. The UFC president also stated that the Coliseum would require approximately $150 million to host the event.
“It’s impossible, because negotiating the deal with Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk was a real thing. I was literally in my backyard for two weeks negotiating this fight, and they wanted the Colosseum. The Colosseum wanted something around 150 million dollars to hold the event there. That money would go to a fund destined for the restoration of all the iconic locations in Italy,” concluded the UFC president.
