Max Holloway is willing to 'lower the bar' and match the level Conor McGregor...if necessary. The Hawaiian faces the Irishman in the main event of... UFC 329, scheduled for July 11th, and, knowing the rival's history of provocations, made it clear that he does not intend to back down if 'Notorious' starts a verbal war.

On his YouTube channel, Holloway adopted a direct tone when discussing the fight. According to him, regardless of speculation about McGregor's preparation, the duel is confirmed and should happen. The former champion acknowledged his rival's talent for provocation, but indicated that he could respond in kind if provoked.
