After announcing his retirement from MMA in April in Canada, the Brazilian informed in May that he would remain in combat sports as a manager/businessman. Now, the former UFC welterweight (up to 77,1 kg) title challenger has officially launched his new venture by releasing his company, 'Burns MMA Agency'.
The announcement of the creation of 'Burns MMA Agency' took place last Wednesday (27), through Durinho's official account on 'Instagram'. The company is focused on mixed martial arts fighters and aims to provide the best conditions for them. As he knows the world of fighting like few others, has vast experience and an extensive network of relationships, the Brazilian is excited about the role of manager.

Gilbert DurinhoThe 39-year-old was successful in Jiu-Jitsu and is a legend in MMA. The Brazilian began his career in the sport in 2012, debuted in the UFC in 2014, and retired in 2026. At his peak, the athlete competed for the welterweight title.
In this sport, Durinho built a record of 22 wins and ten losses. His main victories were against Demian Maia, Jorge masvidal, Neil Magny, Stephen Thompson e Tyron woodley.
