Fight or Play? Deiveson Figueiredo Draws With UFC Sensation at Hype FC Brasil 2

If Deiveson Figueiredo had already shown his good humor at the press conference to promote Hype FC Brasil 2, in the ring it was no different. In the co-main event held last Wednesday (8), in São Paulo, the former UFC flyweight champion (up to 57 kg) faced Raul Rosas Jr. , a sensation in the company, and had fun with his antics. As there was no submission, but rather jokes and provocations, the duel ended in a draw.

Experts in Jiu-Jitsu, the athletes showed skill on the ground and creativity. Despite competing in hostile territory, the American was at ease in the ring and provoked the veteran by turning his back and putting his hands behind his back. Not satisfied, the athlete even danced and, in true WWE style, performed pro-wrestling moves. Surprised by his opponent's posture, Deiveson laughed.

'God of War' even managed to cling to Raul, who quickly broke free. In turn, when he was on top, the American continued toying with the veteran, didn't seek a submission and preferred to 'charge' the crowd, leaving the fight in the background. It's true that the Brazilian attempted a guillotine choke on his opponent on more than one occasion, but was unsuccessful.
