Vitor Petrino simply disfigured Steven Asplund's face at UFC Vegas 114, held this Saturday (14). The Brazilian faced the American on the event's preliminary card and, despite suffering a knockdown in the first round, came back stronger in the sequence, opened a brutal cut on his rival and had his arm raised by unanimous decision.

With powerful boxing combinations, the Brazilian landed a left cross on Asplund's cheek, a blow that opened a deep cut on the American's face. In the third round, while dominating the fight, Petrino landed another blow to the same spot, further widening the wound and leaving his opponent with a completely bloodied face.
