What a show! Cejudo impresses and dominates MMA legend at RAF; Sterling wins fight between former UFC champions.

Legend of combat sports, Henry Cejudo returned to the path of victory by competing in the modality that marked an era. Last Saturday (28), in Arizona (USA), the former UFC flyweight (up to 57 kg) and bantamweight (up to 61,2 kg) champion faced Urijah Faber , a legend of MMA, in the main fight of RAF 6, a wrestling organization, and was dominant. The gold medalist at the Beijing Olympics (CHI), in 2008, displayed technique and prevailed over 'The California Kid' by points.

In the first fight of his three-appearance RAF contract, Cejudo lived up to expectations against Faber in impressive fashion. 'Triple C' didn't let the UFC Hall of Famer get comfortable, constantly applying takedowns. It's true that, despite the difficulty, 'The California Kid' didn't give up and tried to surprise the Olympic wrestler, but couldn't take him down.

Thus, at the end of the fight, Cejudo scored 11-0, defeating Faber through technical superiority. Excited by the victory, 'Triple C' didn't hesitate to challenge Merab Dvalishvili to a rematch, this time in wrestling, with the clear objective of avenging his defeat in the UFC in 2024.

Just like Cejudo, Aljamain Sterling made a positive impact in his first fight in the RAF. Called in at the last minute to replace Chad Mendes , the former UFC bantamweight king faced Ben Henderson , former lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg) of the company, and gave him no chance. Visibly corpulent, 'Funk Master' neutralized the veteran and also won by technical superiority.
