Currently, it's no secret that Dana White has been stepping away from the UFC to prioritize promoting 'Zuffa Boxing', his boxing company. In fact, there's quite a new development in the new league of the traditional sport. Last Thursday (19), in Las Vegas (USA), the executive revealed the company's first belt and presented Sheikh Turki Alalshikh with the valuable object.

The Saudi Royal Court advisor and man in charge of promoting sports in Saudi Arabia made a point of publishing a photo of the meeting with Dana White and executive Nick Khan. In it, Turki presented the boxing belt, with diamond details, and showed himself excited about the future of the league. And the company's first champion will be crowned on March 8th, emerging from the fight between Jai Opetaia and Brandon Glanton.

“I’m happy today! I met my brothers Dana and Nick in Las Vegas and they presented me with the first Zuffa Boxing belt, made with beautiful diamonds. This is a great start for Zuffa and only the best will be lucky enough to win this belt,” the sheikh wrote on his official 'X' account.

Still in its early stages in the noble art of boxing, Zuffa Boxing already boasts prominent fighters. To date, its main names are the undefeated Callum Walsh and Jai Opetaia. The 25-year-old Irishman has 16 wins in the sport, while the 30-year-old Australian has racked up 29 victories, 23 of them by knockout.
