Wang Cong She confirmed her good form in the UFC by defeating Eduarda Ronda by unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) at UFC Vegas 113. In a fast-paced fight, marked by alternating pressure against the cage and open striking, the Chinese fighter prevailed after three intense rounds and extended her winning streak in the organization.
The fight began with Cong more active in the striking exchanges, connecting with quick punches and trying to impose her rhythm from the first seconds. However, when she attempted a kick, the Chinese fighter ended up pressed against the cage by Eduarda, who sought her back and tried to control the position. Even after momentarily escaping, Cong continued to suffer pressure from the Brazilian, who insisted on the clinch. At 1 minute and 39 seconds, the Chinese fighter managed to break free and began to move better around the octagon, resuming the striking and connecting with a strong blow in the final minute, which almost resulted in a knockout, but Eduarda resisted until the end of the round.
In the second round, the Brazilian secured an important takedown and attempted to work the ground game, even trying a triangle choke, but encountered resistance from the Chinese fighter, who remained calm and responded with short strikes to avoid the submission. In the decisive round, Cong returned more aggressively, taking her opponent down early and alternating between striking and controlling the fight against the cage. Eduarda tried to react, but the Chinese fighter showed greater precision and finished the fight by applying pressure, even threatening a rear-naked choke in the final seconds.
With the triumph, Wang Cong He secures his third consecutive victory in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and improves his record to nine wins and only one loss in his career, consolidating his growth within the division.
