Undefeated in his career and experiencing the best moment in his UFC career, Lerone murphy showed complete confidence for the challenge against Movsar Evloev. Scheduled for the main fight of the UFC LondonWith the fight scheduled for March 21st at the O2 Arena, the Englishman made it clear that he does not intend to see his perfect record interrupted against the Russian, in a duel that could define the next challenger for the featherweight belt (up to 65,7 kg).
In an interview with the UFC Europe channel, Murphy highlighted the importance of the matchup between two undefeated athletes. He stated that he sees the fight as a true trial by fire in his journey to the top of the division. Confident, the fighter guaranteed that he intends to present his best version in the octagon and reinforced that the ultimate goal remains the title.
"The zero in someone's cartel has to end, and it won't be mine. It's an important fight (against Movsar Evloev No. UFC London), possibly a title eliminator. I approach it like any other; for me, every fight is a championship bout. I want to be the UFC champion and I believe I can get there. I see this fight as a test. You can expect to see the best version of me. Lerone murphy", said the English fighter.
