Although it takes place on the other side of the world, UFC 325, scheduled for next Saturday (31), will feature a strong Brazilian presence. In the main event, Diego Lopes will have the chance to fight for the featherweight belt (up to 65,7 kg), while Maurício Ruffy and Tallison Teixeira seek to get back on the winning track and regain prestige within the organization.

After being dominated by Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 314 in April 2025, Diego Lopes bounced back with a stunning knockout of Jean Silva in September of the same year. This recovery earned the Brazilian another opportunity against the featherweight champion.

To leave UFC 325 with the belt, 'El Brabo' is betting on the evolution he has shown since the first fight and guarantees that he will not repeat the mistakes made in the defeat to the Australian.

At 31 years old, Diego Lopes has a record of 27 wins, 11 by knockout and 12 by submission, and only seven losses in his professional career. Despite representing Mexico in the UFC, the fighter was born in Brazil.

After thrilling audiences with two knockouts in three fights early in his UFC career, Mauricio Ruffy failed to live up to expectations in his first bout against a ranked fighter. At UFC Paris , the Brazilian was dominated by Benoit Saint-Denis.

Now, at UFC 325, Ruffy will face fellow striker Rafael Fiziev and have the chance to redeem himself, as well as prove that he belongs among the elite of the lightweight division (up to 70,3 kg).

At 29 years old, Mauricio Ruffy has a record of 12 wins and two losses as a professional wrestler.

Tallison Teixeira wants to get back on the winning track at UFC 325.

After drawing attention for his knockout power in the Contender Series and in his Ultimate debut, when he defeated Justin Tafa in just 35 seconds, Tallison Teixeira suffered a tough setback when he was knocked out by Derrick Lewis at UFC Nashville.

With his confidence shaken, the Brazilian heavyweight will have the opportunity at UFC 325 to show that he belongs at the top of the division. His opponent will be Tai Tuivasa , who is going through a negative phase, coming off five consecutive losses.

At 26 years old, Tallison Teixeira has eight career wins, seven by knockout and one by submission, and only one loss.
