Arnold Allen expressed dissatisfaction with the Ultimate commentators' behavior during his fight against Jean Silva . The Briton faced the Brazilian in the opening fight of the main card of UFC 324, held last Saturday (24), and despite the unanimous decision loss, he believes that the broadcast team tried to influence the public's perception of the fight.
In a post on the social network X, Allen shared a video with the best moments of the fight and ironically assessed the selection of highlighted plays. According to the Englishman, most of the blows that seemed impactful against him were actually defended with his arms, which would have caused physical wear and tear, but not the damage suggested by the narration.

Subsequently, commenting on his own post, the former title challenger was even more direct. Allen stated that whenever the commentary reacted excitedly to his opponent's attacks, the blows ended up missing or being blocked. On the other hand, when he landed clean and clear blows, the reaction from the broadcast team was restrained, treating the incidents as something commonplace, which, in his view, evidenced an unequal criterion during the fight commentary.
“I swear, every time the commentary went 'woooah' against me, the punch either missed or hit my arms. Then I'd land a punch that couldn't have been cleaner, and they'd just say 'nice punch by Allen.' What's up with these guys?”, commented Arnold Allen.
