As expected, Jean Silva made headlines at UFC 324, but not only in the octagon. At the event held this Saturday (24), in Las Vegas (USA), the Brazilian recovered from his defeat to Diego Lopes by winning against Arnold Allen by unanimous decision. Present at his company's first show in 2026, Dana White gave his opinion on the athlete's performance and his attitude in the week before the fight.
In the post-UFC 324 press conference, the organization's president was brief and to the point. Frankly, Dana expressed positive surprise at Jean's acrobatic move at the end of the fight. The Brazilian took advantage of his opponent being crouched in the octagon, stepped on his back, and jumped. However, the executive made it clear that he is not a fan of the 'Fighting Nerds' athlete's behavior outside of combat.

Furthermore, Dana isn't the only one who disapproves of the bad boy's flamboyant behavior. Many MMA fans and professionals often criticize Jean for his excesses.
"I thought it was really cool that he jumped off his back. That was very athletic. The other things were pretty bizarre," said the UFC president.
What did Jean do before fighting at UFC 324?
During fight week, Jean Silva went viral on more than one occasion. During the photo shoot to promote UFC 324, the Brazilian cried and screamed while holding the company's belt. Not satisfied, at the pre-event press conference, the athlete barked, an act that is his trademark, explained that the one at the ceremony was 'Lord', his alter ego, and attacked his original version.
