The fight began cautiously, with a lot of movement and careful striking in the center of the octagon, with Rose Namajunas using feints and Natália Silva looking for counter punches. As the fight progressed, the intensity increased, but strikes remained scarce due to the athletes' mobility, with brief moments of clinching and takedown attempts from both sides. In the final round, aware of the need to react, Natália adopted a more aggressive stance, began to dictate the pace with boxing combinations and high kicks, and finished the fight better in the striking exchanges.

Undefeated in the UFC, Natalia Silva secured her eighth victory in the organization and, at 28 years old, now has 20 wins and only five losses in her professional record. On the other side, Rose Namajunas , 33 years old, now has 14 wins and eight losses in her career.
