Underground level! Hooker denies regret after personal attack against Paddy Pimblett: 'If you're low, I'll go even lower'

Dan Hooker has a fight scheduled, but he's not hiding the fact that his focus is on a different fighter. At UFC 325, an event scheduled for January 31st in Australia, the New Zealander will face Benoit Saint Denis in the lightweight division (up to 70,3 kg), but he has intensified his rivalry with Paddy Pimblett.

It's true that the 2026 season is just beginning, but the athletes have already been involved in a heated argument and have been criticized by many for its content. However, despite all the negative reactions to the incident, Hokker, in an interview with 'Combat TV', denied regretting his personal attack and expressed interest in resolving the matter with 'The Baddy' in the octagon as soon as possible.

It all started when Pimblett stated that the veteran is so bad at grappling that he wouldn't be able to defend his mother from a man with bad intentions. In response, Hooker reminded him that the Englishman, contrary to his online behavior, treated him well in person and stressed that he is not a good friend, as he failed to prevent someone close to him from taking their own life.

Dan Hooker , 35, is an MMA veteran whose three-fight winning streak came to an end against Arman Tsarukyan in November. The New Zealander is currently ranked sixth in the UFC lightweight division.
