O tragic accident A car accident involving former world boxing champion Anthony Joshua on Monday (29) left the entire combat sports community in shock. Although the fighter survived the accident with only minor injuries, two people occupying the same car as the athlete died. They are Latz, personal trainer and Sina, AJ's physical trainer.

The accident happened in Nigeria, where the fighter is vacationing. The SUV they were in was traveling on a highway when it collided with a truck parked on the shoulder. Besides Joshua, the driver of the car also survived. The two fatalities were on the right side of the vehicle.

According to information from the BBC, one of the world's leading news outlets, the Briton reportedly lost consciousness for about ten minutes at the time of the accident. Images that went viral on social media show Joshua shirtless being carried from the scene by police. He showed signs of disorientation and shock, as well as pain throughout his body.
