2025 was quite a year for Tony FergusonIn the current season, the American ended his eight-fight losing streak in the UFC by venturing into boxing. And, last Saturday (20), 'El Cucuy' not only won. In the co-main event of 'Misfits Mania', held in Dubai (UAE), the veteran put on a show against Warren Spencer and became champion in the noble art.
Even at 41 years old, an advanced age to compete, Ferguson performed well physically and went on the offensive against his opponent. In fact, El Cucuy nearly knocked Spencer out in the second and third rounds. After suffering a knockdown, the athlete recovered and troubled the veteran at key moments in the fight.
