Jamahal Hill broke his silence. The former UFC light heavyweight champion (up to 93 kg) posted a video response on his YouTube channel regarding the controversial incident. Jamahal was seen threatening to knock out Joanna Jedrzejczyk at UFC 323.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk spoke out this past Monday (8) about what happened at UFC 323 on her Instagram account. After criticism regarding the episode, it was Jamahal Hill 's turn to present his version of the event.

“My girlfriend wasn’t even there, she didn’t watch the UFC 323 fights… Now she ( Joanna Jedrzejczyk ) is threatening me and then says: ‘I should have smashed your girlfriend’s head in and yours too, I don’t care.’ Then I think: she threatened me and my girlfriend, I didn’t threaten her, I didn’t raise my voice to her… She said: ‘You’re talking sh*t’…”, said Jamahal Hill on his YouTube channel.

According to Jamahal Hill , Joanna Jedrzejczyk began verbally attacking him while he stood there trying to understand why she was angry with him. And then, Jamahal adds new elements to this story.

“All of this stems from an event we were at: me, my girlfriend Joanna, her manager… all sitting at the same table, everyone getting along, chatting, absolutely no problems. Joanna’s manager was playing a game… I’ll be totally honest: a few years ago in New York, when that bus incident happened… I was very confident and tried my luck, tried to be with her (Joanna). Her manager, throughout this whole event, kept trying to send messages to my girlfriend, trying to rat me out. But my girlfriend already knew about it,” Jamahal Hill revealed in the video.

The former light heavyweight champion went on to explain that he still doesn't know why Jedrzejczyk "freaked out" at him and also showed messages exchanged between the two in the past (starting at minute 16).

UFC 323 went beyond the fights in the octagon. Jamahal Hill and Joanna Jedrzejczyk were present at the event, and a confrontation between the two former UFC champions occurred backstage at the T-Mobile Arena.

Jamahal Hill , former light heavyweight champion, was seen exchanging verbal blows with Joanna Jedrzejczyk in an 11-second video. The video was posted by the 'MMA Guru' profile on X, formerly Twitter.
