In a video published on UFC social media this Friday (28), Malvado detailed in a few words his plans for the future, which include victories not only against Gaethje, but also Ilia Topuria and Arman Tsarukyan.
“2026 is going to be the biggest year of my life. I’m going for the interim title and then I’m going to win the undisputed title when I beat Ilia Topuria . So, that spoiled rich kid (Arman), if he manages to fight during that time because he likes to sit around saying he has back pain… I’m going to break his head too,” Pimblett stated.

Since his Ultimate debut in 2021, "The Evil One" has won all seven of his fights in the world's largest MMA organization, with five achieved by stoppage. After his latest victory against Michael Chandler at UFC 314 , he managed to reach the fifth position in the lightweight rankings (up to 70,3 kg) and was prioritized over Arman Tsarukyan to compete for the interim title.
