Patrício Pitbull doesn't want to be left out of the moves in the Ultimate's featherweight division (up to 65,7 kg). Recently, the organization surprised fans by announcing the duel between Alexander Volkanovski and Diego Lopes for the category title at UFC 325, bringing together several top names, including the former Bellator champion.
Despite the opportunity given to Diego Lopes , many fans and experts questioned the UFC's decision, since Movsar Evloev is currently the number one in the division, remains undefeated with 19 wins, and defeated the Brazilian himself.

Evloev, however, wasted no time and challenged Lerone Murphy to a fight that, in theory, could determine the next challenger after Diego Lopes . What the Russian didn't expect was that Patrício Pitbull would take the lead in the conversation.

Besides Movsar Evloev , another name that disapproved of Diego Lopes being chosen as the challenger was Lerone Murphy . The Briton remains undefeated in his career, with 17 wins, and is coming off a brutal knockout of Aaron Pico in his last fight.
To demonstrate his dissatisfaction, Murphy declared that he intends to fight every month so as not to risk being forgotten again. What he didn't expect, however, was to find an opponent willing to share the octagon with him so quickly.
