The mystery surrounding Jake Paul 's next boxing opponent has been solved. The YouTuber, who has become a boxing star, will face Anthony Joshua, former world heavyweight champion, in Miami (USA), on December 19, with the event broadcast on Netflix. The information was released by 'Most Valuable Promotions', the company that manages the internet star's career, and by the streaming giant this Monday (17).
Aware of the media appeal the fight holds, the companies decided to name the event 'Judgment Day'. The duel between Jake and Joshua will be a professional bout consisting of eight three-minute rounds.

Originally, the YouTuber was scheduled to face Gervonta Davis, another boxing star, on November 14th, but the companies decided to cancel the event. This is because 'Tank' has been having legal problems. Recently, the fighter's ex-girlfriend sued him for domestic violence. At the time, 'MVP' stated that the plan was to put Paul in the main event of a Netflix show sometime in 2025.
