Apparently, Khamzat Chimaev is not at all worried about Glover Teixeira . Last Wednesday (12), the rivalry between the Russian and Alex Poatan became more heated after the latter published a video responding to his challenge. In it, the friend and coach of the renowned striker surprised by threatening 'Borz'. Immediately, the UFC middleweight champion (up to 83,9 kg) mocked the veteran.

In the video where Poatan challenged Chimaev to a grappling match at UFC BJJ, a grappling competition promoted by the company, Glover escalated the situation. Besides downplaying the Russian's importance to the company, the veteran vowed to "take his life away" if he messed with him.

It's worth noting that Chimaev recently and unexpectedly stated that he would beat Poatan and Glover together in a fight. Following the veteran's strong statement, the Russian provoked him. Since Teixeira is 46 years old, 'Borz' mocked him and even posted an image of himself suffering at the hands of Alexander Gustafsson , his friend and coach, in their 2017 UFC fight. In that fight, the Brazilian was knocked out by the Swede.

"Uncle, you need rehab," the UFC champion wrote on his official 'X' account.
