Hailed as a promising talent in Asian MMA, Chang Ho Lee, nicknamed the 'Korean Khabib' for his fighting style based on takedowns and ground control, was ultimately defeated by Timmy Cuamba at UFC Vegas 110 in a bantamweight bout (up to 61,2 kg). The fight was decided by points, with a unanimous victory for the American after three rounds.

The South Korean started better, taking Cuamba's back in the first round and threatening to finish. But the scenario quickly changed. Showing improvement in his striking and grappling, the American turned the fight around and made Lee "taste his own medicine." Cuamba managed to defend takedown attempts, control the pace both standing and on the ground, and apply pressure until the end of the fight.
