Talita Alencar puts on a jiu-jitsu show and submits Ariane Sorriso in an inspired night at UFC.

The fight began with Ariane being active, aggressive, and trying to close the distance. Talita, however, acted quickly and took the fight to the cage. Stronger, Sorriso went for a reversal, and the fight became tied up, without much action between the two, who only exchanged blows. In the final stretch, Alencar executed a takedown and worked from that position until the end.

Ariane frequently used low kicks, while Talita already seemed somewhat tired, but she surprised everyone. The fighter from Maranhão landed a powerful punch, followed by a hard knee strike that made her opponent double over. In the final stretch of the round, she even went for a back take and almost finished Sorriso, who was ready to tap out but was saved by the bell.
