Patrick Pitbull has been in demand in his debut season in the UFC. If in September, in Paris (FRA), the Brazilian would face the promising Losene Keita before the fight fell through, now he has become the target of a veteran. Last Saturday (25), in Abu Dhabi (UAE), Nathaniel Wood overcame Jose Miguel Delgado by unanimous decision, in a true battle, and, excited, he challenged the former Bellator champion.

In an interview with the post-organizational organizationUFC 321The Englishman expressed a desire to test his strength against Pitbull, being respectful in his approach. And Wood's attempt is valid, given that he is in great form in his career. Riding a three-fight win streak, the veteran aims to move up a level in the featherweight division (up to 65,8 kg) and enter the top 15. To achieve this, the athlete invited the Brazilian to fight in his home country.

"I feel like I deserve someone in the top 15, someone like Patricio 'Pitbull', in London in March. It would be a hell of a fight in my hometown. I think I deserve it, and it would be an incredible fight," said the fighter.

Pitbull in the UFC

On that occasion, the Brazilian lost to Yair Rodriguez by unanimous decision.
